what was something i had to learn the hard way in high school?

Back in freshman year during lockdown, i really had to learn how to get my work done at home, as beforehand I would be able to rush it out and get it done in class before it ended. However, due to the many distractions i have in my room, it was very difficult to actually buckle down, and get work done(especially since i wasnt on my medications at the time). because of this, my grades were fairly low back in my freshman year.

Then, sophomore year decided to rear its head at the end of august back in 2021, and along with that came honors chemistry. While I did end up passing the class, it was quite difficult, as there simply wasn't enough time to get everything done in class, as well as with every other class that year. Because of this, my grade was near failing levels in my sophomore year, with every other class being dragged behind by it. But over the course of the year I managed to learn how to set aside time at home and actually be able to get work done.

I actually decided to take a.p chem in my junior year (this year) and im definitely showing improvement on getting work done (especially now that im on medication again).
